Domiciliary Care is suitable for those requiring support to remain in their own home, including those with physical and sensory impairments, elderly individuals and those with mental health issues and long-term illnesses.

What kind of support is provided in supported living?

Supported Living services promote independence whilst maintaining safety and well-being. Services provided are person-centred and flexible including personal care, cooking, cleaning, managing finances and accessing activities in the community.

How do you assess the level of care I need?

A free no-obligation assessment is carried out by our experienced management team at your convenience, where we meet with you and your family to discuss your care needs, wishes and preferences. Our team then develops a personalised care plan which our dedicated staff follow to provide you with quality and effective care.

How do you select your carers and support workers?

Our carers and support workers go through a thorough screening and vetting process, including background checks, reference verification, and enhanced DBS checks. Additionally, all staff undergo a comprehensive induction and training program to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.

Can I choose my own carer or support worker?

Yes. At MGM HEALTHCARE, we recognise the importance of building positive relationships with your caregiver. Service users can recommend their own carer, a family member or friend, whom we will provide the necessary training, to deliver safe and effective care.

How are the services funded?
