During the interview stage, we conduct comprehensive employment checks and gather references for verification. Before any carer begins working with clients, they must complete an enhanced DBS check. We also enrol all new staff in a five-day induction program, equipping them with the essential training needed to excel in the care sector. While experience is valuable, we believe that a genuine caring nature is what truly makes an exceptional carer or support worker. We are highly selective in choosing our staff, as they represent our company and its values. We understand that building rapport with a support worker can sometimes be challenging, which is why we offer clients the option to nominate someone they know—such as a family member or friend—to become their carer. In such cases, we ensure they receive the appropriate training to provide care safely and efficiently.
